We learn about the role that communities of practice can play in providing solutions to local problems, in mutually supportive and collaborative ways. We look at tools that can support in the development of robust and challenging but supportive governance of SEND. Finally, we explore how an inclusive culture secures a lasting legacy of outstanding outcomes for all learners.
