With something for everyone, the programme is designed to help professionals in all roles develop inclusive practice and improve outcomes for learners with SEND.
In partnership with the Education Training Foundation, the programme brings together evidence-informed CPD and practical tools you can use straight away.

Build your confidence in supporting learners with our free, award-winning online CPD units. Each short unit explores common barriers to learning and offers clear, practical strategies you can apply in your classroom or setting.
Developed with specialists and those with lived experience, the units are flexible, easy to access and suitable for all roles and all phases.

The Teacher Handbook: SEND gives you clear, practical guidance to support pupils in your classroom. It is designed for all roles and all phases.
Developed with specialists across the sector, it offers flexible, easy-to-use sections that you can dip into as needed.
The handbook promotes inclusive teaching by focusing on individual learners and using a graduated approach within high-quality daily practice.

Neurodiversity Awareness 'Train the Trainer'
Provided via the Universal SEND Services programme.
Our free Neurodiversity Training gives leaders, SENCOs and inclusion teams everything they need to deliver high-quality, evidence-based training in their own setting - with separate, focused activities for both leadership teams and teachers.
Each train-the-trainer package includes ready-made slides, activities, case studies and presenter guidance, plus bitesize modules on executive function, intersectionality, adaptive teaching and independence. Aligned with the latest DfE and EEF guidance.
