Youth Voice Matters – Children and Young People’s Conference 2022
The Council for Disabled Children, as part of the Making Participation Work programme jointly delivered by CDC and KIDS and funded by the Department for Education, will be hosting an interactive, online, all-day conference for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities on Wednesday 23rd February 2022.
The Youth Matters – Children and Young People’s Conference is a conference with a difference – designed and delivered by young people with SEND for young people with SEND. The conference is an incredible opportunity for children and young people with SEND to build on their participation skills, develop their voice and feel empowered to participate in decision making at a local, national and strategic level. Groups are allowed a maximum of 7 young people to sign up by the deadline of 22nd November.
