INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) - Video Production Services

INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) nasen is looking for a videographer/production team to become the preferred supplier for its video, photography, and production requirements in the future.

The initial requirement is to film and produce 70-95 one-hour training videos, which will be hosted on our website for members to purchase as part of our annual webinar pass. To date these have been provided as a recording of live zoom webinars, but we are looking to provide higher quality training/continual professional development and learning (CPDL) for our members.

Our in-house education team will present the training, and the content is ready to be filmed. Filming can take place at our head office in Tamworth (preferable), our regional office in Central London, or potentially at the bidders’ location (if applicable please state where this is so that we can account for travel).

We would like to have at least 1/3 of the videos completed and ready to launch to our members by the start of September, but the remainder could be completed into October/November if needed.

We would welcome creative ideas from bidders on how to make these training videos more engaging, such as the use of sound, equipment, and graphic design.

To ensure accessibility we would like to include subtitles, and there may be an option to add sign language in partnership with British Sign Language.

In addition to this immediate requirement, we are looking for a videographer/production team who is committed to understanding our culture and values with a view to working with us long term. There will be requirements for further work in the future, such as filming at our live events, and filming new/updating content in the future.

To demonstrate our long-term commitment, we would be happy to contract on a rolling basis to include a minimum number of days/minimum contract value per annum.
